Why incubate Real Estate Leads?

At RealtorExposue.com, we meet many agents that had fail to incubate their leads properly.  Most real estate agents or brokers are used to generating leads that want to buy within a month or two. 

When real estate agent enter the online lead generation market, they contact many leads but fail to stay in touch.  One of the most important factors to consider and follow is to always stay in touch with your leads.  Most leads close at some point, this is a point to recognize and keep in mind.  On average most agents start closing leads on the third month.  So generating online leads and following up takes persistance and patience. Remember patience is intelligence.
