Over the year the internet has become a powerful resource for real estate consumers.  On the other hand the majority of real estate agents have struggled to admit that the internet is a powerful tool than generate leads and sales.

Having an online presence is essential to a real estate agent's marketing plan.  The truth is that other types of marketing such as: print media is not what it used to be.  As time goes by the return on inverstment (ROI) diminishes more and more.

Generating Real Estae Lead Through Videos

Generating leads through video advertising has been growing over the last year.  When we say video, we do not mean a virtual tour, we mean a video with an agent speaking about their real estate services or listings.

 As this market is still in its infancy, there is room for improvement.  Creating the proper video is a way to rapidly attract consumers.

 A real estate video about a listing or about your services should capture the users attention and to the point as internet users have a short attention span.  Most internet users do not like to think.
