Online real estate lead generation and marketing has definately changed dramatically.  We are in the area of using more online real estate related videos.  Virtual tour are a good way to market a home, but having more of an interactive video with an agent presenting a house delivers better results and response.

The use of virtual maps from Google, Yahoo and MSN are being used more and more, to present the location of a home, schools, and neighborhood statistics. 

 The technology is still new and it has not reached its peak, yet since most website still have bugs. One thing for sure is that search engine marketing is here to stay as it delivers great results.
